Impact
Malith N. Ayiek – a beneficiary of the program resides at Kakuma Refugee Camp Turkana County:
Malith comes from one of the areas faced with a lot of challenges and has been unemployed for 4 years and was encouraged to join the OCF Wezesha training. He is a graduate in social studies.
He has been mentored by OCF facilitators and completed the course successfully. The training focused partly on an assignment to students to actively search and apply for advertised job Opportunities relevant to their qualifications, then send the application to facilitators for review. The
facilitator guided Malith before he submitted the application. He then secured the job through a successful interview. Just like other students, he says the training on Entrepreneurship also equipped him with business ideas that he can put into practice as he can now identify the business opportunities in the market.
