Women Leadership Training 2023

Welcome to OCF –Women Leadership Training(OWLT)  2023.

OCF in collaboration with the Irish Embassy is building the capacity of women groups (known as “chamas’’) to;

1. Transform existing small-scale businesses (including agribusiness, small scale farming, animal husbandry, subsistence, poultry, aquaculture initiatives) to profitable ventures.
2. Initiate new venture ideas to expand business opportunity through programs and activities relating to women’s entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.
3. New chamas are enrolled into an ongoing business leadership, financial literacy training of trainers and mentorship Programme.

Shortlisted groups will be contacted.

Group leaders are invited to register for training by completing the online registration form below. The training is set to commence on 20th February 2023.  It takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete the form. The training is free of charge.
