Wezesha Career Training Agreement

AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF OCF WEZESHA TRAINING PROGRAM, 2021

This agreement is between Oigara Community Foundation (hereinafter referral to as OCF) and the trainee who shall participate in the OCF Wezesha Training Program to be held virtually from 7th September 2021.

Below are the obligations of both the trainee and OCF during and after the training program.

Training Obligations (Please mark all checkboxes) *

The trainee shall punctually log into the OCF Training platform at scheduled times.
The trainee shall actively participate during the training sessions by asking questions, answering questions and making contributions, where necessary.
The trainee shall read training support materials including slides uploaded on OCF training platform.
The trainee shall complete all assignments and submit them to the facilitators at required times.
On satisfactory completion of the training program, the trainee shall be expected to search for either a full time employment or start and run a small business.
With assistance from OCF, the trainee shall search for internship opportunities and undertake an internship program for a period not exceeding three months.
The trainee shall submit a two page internship report containing the lessons learnt.
The trainee shall inform OCF of any job secured or business started after the OCF training program.
The trainee shall pay a nominal registration training fee of Sh. 3,000 (in words, three thousand Kenya shillings).

OCF Obligations (Mark all) *

OCF shall avail the trainee with resource persons required to deliver the program's training content.
OCF shall provide the required virtual platform to enable the trainee access training sessions.
OCF shall upload training materials, slides and assignments on its platform for the trainee.
On completion of the training, OCF shall issue a Program Participation Certificate to a successful trainee.
