Oigara Community Foundation has initiated efforts to launch an Information and Communication Technology e-Learning Center dubbed ELCI.
ELCI is a Youth and Community Empowerment Center with the needed infrastructure to enable it carry out its Programs in ICT, Education, Entrepreneurship, Talent Development and Citizen service.
The project goal is to improve the youth access to sustainable livelihoods and to foster development in both Nyamira and Kisii County in line with the National and County development agenda.
